| James C. Miller or more commonly known as "Jim ba" passed away at the age of 67, on August 29th 2026. Born July 23rd 1959 in Sharon, Connecticut. Jim ba had a strong connection to the area growing up and working here all his life. He was an avid pool player and traveled around for tournaments. He was a longtime member of the Ancram Fire Company as fire police for majority of his time. He will be truly missed. Jim Ba is survived by his companion of more than 40 years, Lois Bogue. There will be a ceremony to honor his life on September 10, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Peck & Peck Funeral Homes, 7749 South Main Street, Pine Plains, New York. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. and will be officiated by Pastor William Mayhew. There will be a Celebration of Jim Ba’s life on September 19, 2026 from 12:00 till 4:00 p.m. at the Ancram Fire Department. For more information a link to his obituary is provided below. |
